Managing Director, Mr. Chung Wai Shing has expressed his comments and expectations through writing to the Legislative Council, in relation to the enhancement of “Enhancing Self-Reliance Through District Partnership Programme”. He also expected the Government should collect more opinions from the industry before the implementation.
